Our Store Policy
Payment Methods:
All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase, including shipping charges. Payments are accepted via debit and credit cards, PayPal, as well as email transfers.
​Order Preparation & Shipping:
As we make most of the items fresh as orders come in, it takes us 2-5 business days to ship the orders. This depends on the volume of orders , as well as working around busy holidays. If there is a delay in shipping, there will be a special banner on the top of the home page. Once your order has shipped and is on the way, you will receive a notice to email address provided to us. All Canadian orders include package tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages if the address information has been entered incorrectly during check-out process.
Shipping timelines:
- Canada: 1-3 business days within Ontario, and up to 4 days in other provinces
- United States: 3-5 business days
Refunds & Exchanges:
We only accept refunds for unopened and unused items. Refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Simply notify us you want to return the item and send back the merchandise. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
Privacy Statement, Consent & Security:
Your personal information such as your full name, email, payment method, and address is collected and used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order and shipping it to your doorstep. We never share this information with anyone for other purposes. When you are placing an order online, you are giving My Skincare Oasis your consent to use this information for the purposes described above. We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, or if you violate our Terms of Policy. All financial transactions are made via third party methods, protected by latest encryption and security technologies.
Local Order Pick-ups:
As we have many local customers, we allow local order pick-ups to avoid shipping charges. To arrange for a local pick-up, please send us a message through contact form with your full order details (items, quantities, and any custom requests), and we will get back to you to arrange for the date and time of pick-up.
Additions and Cancellations:
Please check your order carefully before you check out to make sure you have all the items you need. If you have paid for your order already, but want to add or remove some items, please contact us within 24 hours with your name, order number, and changes requested, and we will do our best to change your order. Additional costs for products and shipping will be added to your original bill. Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund.
Incorrect Order Received:
If you have received incorrect order or damaged goods, save all products and packaging materials, and contact us within 3 business days with a description of what went wrong. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.

Product Usage Disclaimer:
Allergies to natural ingredients happen as well. Even though our products are completely free from chemicals, there were incidents where our customers did not know they have allergies to some ingredients - which hazel, essential oils, carrier oils or botanical extracts. We recommend testing any new product on a small patch of skin before using it on the whole area. If redness or irritation develops within 24 hrs, please discontinue use immediately.
